Shipping Charges

We provide shipping all over India on a chargeable basis. Occasionally we may have promotions whereby we offer free shipping. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available but will be available in the future.

What shipping method does the website use?

Replay India will deliver the goods ordered to your designated address at the time of placing the order. Our courier partner is highly reliable. They will complete our orders using road transportation.

How long until my order ships?

We dispatch products from Monday to Friday. Once you place the order, we will aim to dispatch the order in 2-3 working days. However due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take up to 7 working days. You will be informed via email upon dispatch of the order. For urgent requests please get in touch with our customer service on  info@replayindia.com  and we will try to help as best as we can.

Will all items of my order be shipped in one box?

Yes, we try to ship all the items together. In case, a single order has too many voluminous items, we may ship in multiple shipments in order to ensure that the product is safe and handled with care and therefore, gets to you in time. If you have a specific packaging requirement do let us know at the time of checkout and we will try and accommodate as best as we can.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

We endeavor to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take up to 7 working days. You will be informed via email upon dispatch of the order.

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 5 – 7 working days for delivery to your desired address. Orders within Delhi-NCR usually take 2 – 3 days after dispatch.

  • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
