We manufacture all our products in compliance with standards such as IS 1239 & IS 2062, ISO (For quality management 9001:2015, for environmental management 14001:2015, for health and safety in the workplace 45001:2018) parameters, and adhere to international safety norms, including European Safety and quality Standards (CE EN 16630, EN 1176), American standard (ASTM- F1487), and Australian standard (AS4685)

What kind of paint is used to colour the material?

LLDPE parts do not require coloring as they are self-colored. MS/GI is powder-coated after shot blasting.

Does the colour fade?

On LLDPE due to sunrays the fading is around 2% post five years.

What raw materials are used to manufacture the product?

LLDPE granuals, roto moulding powder, HDPE sheet, MS Pipe, G.I Pipe, WPC & C.R sheet, HR sheet, Synthetic Ropes, Aluminium /Stainless steel/ Galvanised Hardware.

LLDPE stands for Linear Low-Density Polyethylene. It is a type of polyethylene thermoplastic. FRP stands for Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic. It is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fiberglass.
