Description
The Treadmill is a cardiovascular piece designed to simulate walking or running on a treadmill. It is the perfect warm up and cool down exercise.

How to use correctly
At all times when using the Treadmill, make sure you are holding onto the handle bars provided.
1. Get on the machine from the rear, holding onto the handle bars provided.
2. Whilst holding onto the armrests and keeping an upright posture, allow your feet to walk and then jog on the rollers.

How to use correctly
Leg raise

1. Stand with your back to the back rests.
2. Place your fore arms on the rest at 90 degrees from your upper arms and position them at shoulder width apart.

4. When secure raise your legs in front of you to the height you are comfortable with.
